The average build time for a custom house is 7-9 months, and the average for a basic spec house ranges 4-6 months. There is no grey area, no hidden fees, no markups, just complete transparency. I’ve worked construction most of my adult life, I am registered with National Home Warranty and licensed with the government home owner protection office. Pricing obviously varies on the design and finishings, most customs are coming in at $200/square foot. Basic builds can be as low as $130/square foot. Please contact for most pricing details.
